• Andrew Infantino

Andrew Infantino is the Director of Marketing for Copper Branch, a 100% plant-based, fast-casual restaurant chain in Canada. He has been with Copper Branch since its 2013 inception.

• Jason Boyce, M.B.A

Jason Boyce is the Director of Sustainability at Panago Pizza. He works to implement programs and set the strategic direction to achieve Panago’s ambitious sustainability mission.
