Healthy Bodies and Healthy Business: How to Pivot After the Pandemic with Plant-Based Foods
More than ever, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, people are concerned about protecting their health. At the same time, businesses are looking for ways to bounce back from COVID-19 and recover from months of lockdowns and losses. This webinar will demonstrate that plant-based foods have the power to improve both individual health and the health of the foodservice industry. Health experts and foodservice leaders will discuss the connections between plant-based diets, public health, and potential opportunities for businesses during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Our expert panelists will consider the health impacts of our food and lifestyle choices, the renewed need for greater access to plant-based options, and the ways that food businesses can capture new market share, demonstrating that businesses can meet the unprecedented consumer demand for healthy and nutritious plant-based foods during and after the pandemic.
